When reaching out regarding an issue with specific product(s), be sure to attach a clear photo of the item(s) in question.  This will allow us to provide a quick and easy resolution. 

REFUND POLICY

If there is an issue with the order you receive, please click the send us an email anytime at community@virtushub.co.uk. One of our representatives will be happy to help make things right within 30 days of receiving your order.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

All of our products are made to order. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production by sending us an email at community@virtushub.co.uk. Please keep in mind that in some cases, this could be as soon as two hours for standard shipping.

Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement depending on the situation. After receiving your order, you have 30 days to address any concerns you have.  

DAMAGED ITEM / LOW QUALITY PRINT

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.

If this occurs, please send us an email at community@virtushub.co.uk with the images, order number and description of the issue attach.

RETURNS

Please keep in mind, for certain situations, we may ask you to return your item in order to process a resolution for you.
